Counselling and Life Coaching

Hi, I am Liz Moloney. For over 20 years, I have been a Counsellor and Life Coach Practitioner, helping people overcome challenges, explore their thoughts and feelings and step into lives that feel more fulfilling and joyful. This work is deeply rewarding and rooted in my own life experiences.

I have faced my own difficult paths — from divorce and redundancy to grief, career changes and surviving cancer. These experiences have not only strengthened me but also enhanced my perspective, helping me approach life positively. Having walked these paths, I bring empathy, understanding and practical guidance to my work.
I believe everyone has the ability to create a life that feels right for them. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, understand what may be holding you back so that you can move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.
Alongside my passion for coaching and counselling, I hold a Diploma in Counselling, am a certified Life Coach and trained in Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Supervisory Management (IMI). I am also a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), adhering to their professional standards and code of ethics.
Outside of my work, I enjoy volunteering and spending time with family and friends. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me why I do this work: to help people find connection, resilience and a renewed sense of purpose in their lives.
